charge as high as $160/hr.

version right around the corner. With this special

in-home training. One of our technicians will come
to your home and guide you through hands on training
with your computer. We will walk you through the
basic steps of the item you want training in. Along
the way you'll get to ask all of the questions you
have as things are happening right in front of you.
No large classes, unfamiliar PC's or learning on
versions other than what you have. You'll get quiet
(that part is up to you), competent one-on-one
training in the comfort of your own home.
Some of the many items we can provide basic
training with are :
- How to use Microsoft Windows (XP/Vista)
- How to use your web email (Gmail, Hotmail,
Yahoo!, etc.)
- How to use your email software (Outlook,
Thunderbird, etc.)
- How to sell items on eBay (From account
creation to listing your first item)

- How to create and manage a blog (Blogger,
Xanga, TypePad, etc.)
- How to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word,

LEGAL NOTE :
Residential Service. Pricing is for the service
itself, no Software is included. All items the user
requests to be trained with must be freely
accessible via the internet or the user must
physically and legally own the software. One-on-One
training is for basic training of any acceptable
item. This means an Impatico technician will teach
the user how to open, create, edit, save, delete,
modify, format, print and manage typical properties
for any given item. For example, we can teach you
how to use an HTML web site program but we cannot
teach you how to program HTML. Impatico is not
responsible for the users ability to retain
information after the technician has gone. The user
and the technician will work on several projects
that will teach the user how to use the item and the
project print outs will provide proof of the success
of basic training. Impatico offers this basic
training as a base of our technicians knowledge on
any given item. Impatico Technology holds no
"training certifications" as they are considered for
advanced training only and Impatico has no intention
of providing advanced training now nor in the
future.
