If you know your PC needs some hardware upgrades
or you've already bought a new component and just
want it professionally installed, this special is
for you! This low cost professional installation and
configuration will have you on your way to better
computer performance.
I f you already have the hardware component
purchased we will verify it's compatibility with
your system then physically install and configure it
for optimal performance.
If you know a hardware component is failing or
just needs upgrading but have not purchased the
product, we will assist you in that process to
insure proper compatibility with your system (and
highest value for the lowest cost).
If you just suspect an issue with Hardware, you
may want to schedule a
consultation
service first to determine what is causing the
performance issue, if anything at all. You may just
have some minor software issues or worse, a virus.
So if you are unsure just let us know and we'll work
with you to solve your computer problems.

LEGAL NOTE :
Residential Service. Pricing is for the service
itself, no Hardware components are included. This service is for the
installation and configuration of one (1) component.
RAM (Memory) is considered to be one (1) component
regardless of how many sticks/slots you have. If the
customer does not consult with Impatico Technology
as to the compatibility of hardware components and
their system prior to the service date then there
will be a charge of twenty-five dollars ($25) if the
technician on-site finds an incompatibility during
his/her service. This fee is non-refundable but may
be used towards a consultation of compatibility at
that time only. Customer understands that by
allowing any service technician to open their main
computer tower any warranty from the manufacturer
will be void. It is the customer's responsibility to
know if their computer is still under warranty. It
is also the customer's responsibility to make any
necessary backups of data on the computer being
services prior to the service date, unless the
customer has arranged and paid for a backup service
with Impatico.
