All PCs require a tune-up every now and then. Over a long period of installing, moving, copying and un-installing software it can take it's toll on your overall system performance. If your PC is booting (loading) slowly, you should know that it should take about 1 minute (2 at the most) to go from pressing the power button to having your desktop fully loaded and ready to go. If your PC does not load in under 2 minutes, it's usually a definite sign that you need a tune-up.
