OUR MiSSiON

Our mission is to provide South Eastern Michigan with exceptional customer service applied to professional technical support on top of a price value that makes our services more attainable. We truly want to be your local tech service and support.

Many years ago, the owner of Impatico Technology was thinking about the demise of the local arcades. At one time the arcades were packed full of kids and adults, lined up to pop a quarter in and play a single game. People would spend hours hanging out, socializing and spending $10 for a good time. However now the arcades charge $1 or more to play a single game and the after math of such greed was that the arcades became empty. The arcades were still making the same amount of money, but they lost the cool, social atmosphere they once had. People would now come and burn through their $10 more rapidly and ultimately felt empty and unsatisfied. In time people stopped going to the arcades because they no longer felt that joy and a new generation of arcade gamers would never take hold for that same reason. The owners greed took away the overall value of the service. If a customer came in with $10 to spend, they would spend it regardless, the previous value of the arcade was to get 40 plays but the new value is only 10 plays.

That story is what the basis of our mission is.

A competitor actually charges it's customer's $129.99 for a half hour to install and configure one software program. That is by far the most absurd thing we've ever heard of. Why should a customer pay almost three times (3x) the value of a piece of software, just to have it installed.

We would rather support 2 customers and charge them 1 low price.    |    2 x 1 = 2

They would rather support 1 customer and charge them 2 times the price.    |    1 x 2 = 2

As you see, we offer value to our customers while the competition takes profit from theirs. We believe everyone should be given fair and affordable prices so that everyone can get the technical service and support that they deserve and that is why we want to be your local technical service and support team.
